 I lived in Arizona for over 40 years. So, my road trip schedule was really pretty simple. When it hit 100 degrees in May, I'd pack my bags and head someplace cooler. And when the AZ temps hit the 90s in October, I'd head back. But moving to New Jersey with my family a year ago forced me to completely change my outlook. Because with winter coming, I'd have to find someplace warm to thaw out. And so the search began for where and when to go.
