 While we were in Everglades City, Florida, my hosts gave me a quick tour of the elegant, historic Rod and Gun Club. It is an eclectic mix of resort, museum, restaurant and marina. Why "eclectic"? Well, you got a pirate hanging from the ceiling, a giant reptile with gaping jaws giving you the stink eye, and a very ominous No Swimming sign. So yeah, "eclectic".
