About This Book: Part 2. I thought I'd give you a little direction on how I originally planned to navigate my transcontinental journey. My initial thought was to simply do a trip around the US by following the perimeter (see Route 2). But when I realized I could work in some key social events if I did the interior states first (see Route 1), I decided to do to all 48 contiguous states. And while my final routes varied a little from these original plotted courses, I did manage to safely and happily complete the 15,000+ mile trip and was incredibly blessed to be welcomed as a guest in over 50 private homes.

About The Dates: To publish this ebook in a timely manner, I built it using Weebly's remarkable website builder blogging program. That meant I had to manually reorder the blog dates so they would read in proper sequence. So please ignore the dates under each header as they do not pertain to the actual start and end dates which were May 26, 2016 to October 9, 2016. © 2017 Les Maness. All rights reserved.
