I met Pat (MacLean) Vidakovich when we went to Eastern Michigan University. She had an Insane sense of humor so we immediately hit it off. I moved out west after I got my Masters and lost touch with her - which is pretty rare for me to do. I started looking for her - like "crazy" - and found that she and her very cool artist and musician husband, Mickey Vidakovich had moved to the Cap Cod, MA area. Well, they made the mistake of saying, "Hey, if you ever get out this way look us up...", so that's exactly what I did. (THAT'LL teach em!) :-) Since I had never been in that part of the country, I went...nuts...seeing all the Amazing Places (see photos here). We went to several beaches, Brax Landing Restaurant and had dinner at the Land Ho! Restaurant with the very entertaining Marshall and Katherine Slocum. As for this photo of me trying to come up with enough money to pay my Peanuts and Lucy style shrink to get me "normal", well apparently there's not enough money in even Fort Knox for that. Many thanks to Pat and Mickey for being the hosts with the mosts, and a special shout out to the young man named Jan (pronounced "Yahn") who was kind enough to take this photo of two ol' friends who are obviously...still crazy after all these years.
