 My last visit on my trip around all the states in the continental US was with my cousin's Cherie and Tim Flanagan in Salado, TX. And what made my visit "picture perfect" - besides their warm hospitality, great conversation over dinner, hanging out with young Tim and his cool friend, etc. - was that I got to shoot photos of them. What makes that such a big deal for me is that Tim and Cherie are the owners of Solas Gallery and are master photographers. So me getting to shoot pictures of them is like Michael Jordan asking me to shoot hoops with him or Danica Patrick requesting me to be her Uber driver. In other words...their work is so awesome I'd be jealous if they weren't family. :-) So many thanks to my Cuz's for hosting me for my last night and for...here it comes...letting me put the "focus" on them. :-)
