Imagine your subconscious mind as your personal servant. One who never sleeps, believes anything is possible and will do whatever you ask. If you choose to think ,"I can't sleep." or "I can't diet." or "I can't win.", it sees those thoughts as commands to follow. If you choose to think, "I am blessed." or "I will eat healthy." or "The rest of my life will be the best of my life.", it will follow those commands as well. So the only question is, do you want your subconscious mind to serve your best interests or worst fears? I hope you choose to tell your personal servant to make all your dreams come true.
