When I was about 10 years old I would get a 25 cents allowance on Saturday if I'd done all my chores for the week. I would then walk a mile or so to the drug store and pick out one super hero comic book and buy one RC Cola. I'd walk back home and sit down to enjoy both. And in that moment, I felt like the luckiest boy in the world. So with that as a background, you can understand why I had to go see the Hall of Heroes Super Hero Museum in Elkhart, Indiana. It is the only museum of its kind and it's packed with memorabilia. However, my favorites were the life-sized heroes, which my inner 10 year old boy thought were absolutely SUPER!
