 Holland, Michigan was named by Forbes Magazine as one of America's Prettiest Towns. And on my first trip there, it was easy to see why. The town with a strong Dutch heritage sits on Michigan's sweeping western shore and is filled with flowers. The downtown area is an artful mix of traditional and new, and the shopping, restaurants and attractions are plentiful.
