Wyandotte Bishop Park is a very pretty park in the Downriver area. But it was popular for another reason back in the day because it was where high schoolers went at night to watch the "Submarine Races". (Our code name for parking and kissing.) Surprisingly, no actual submarines were ever spotted because all the car windows were mysteriously fogged up. Oh, and in case my grandkids are reading this, your Pal didn't go there because I was in either in church, the library or choir practice. And THAT'S my story and I'm sticking to it. :-)
