 This immersive public art attraction in Lansing, MI is called Portrait Of A Dreamer. The 15-foot-tall sculpture composed of stainless steel overlooks Museum Drive from Michigan Avenue. Michigan-based artist, Ivan Iler said he "thought of gears ‘turning’ and those gears/thoughts/ideas moving down toward the cultural district”. Roadside America has affectionately nicknamed the thinking man's sculpture, "Gear Head". Ivan Iler Studios is located in nearby St Johns, MI and he is featured in Netflix's Metal Shop Masters.
