 In addition to the downtown Clarkston, Michigan restaurants mentioned in my previous post, there are some more in the immediate area that are truly delicious options. The 15th Street Tavern in Clarkston is known for it's huge patio, excellent food and casual fun ambiance. The 5th Tavern in Clarkston offers American cuisine in a stylish contemporary atmosphere, great service and spacious indoor and outdoor seating. The L. A. Cafe in nearby Waterford has terrific coffee and food served up with a groovy hippy vibe complete with a peace sign, angel wings and random mannequin catching rays on the roof. And Bullfrogs Bar & Grill in Ortonville is the coolest pad (get it?) around with it's chill setting, ample menu and full-service tiki bar looking out at Lake Louise.
