 When my friend asked me if I wanted to house sit for him in Aspen, CO. I said "ohhh yeah". Not only is the town gorgeous, but it has some really cool treasures that the locals enjoy like The White House (the one where people actually can work together), the Aspen Saturday Market where artists like Missen Brucker display their handiwork, and the Aspen Recreation Center (locally known at the ARC) which has killer views, a water park, ice rink, weight room, etc.. And then there is the hiking, which at altitudes that start at 8,000 feet and can go to 14,000 feet or higher, are both challenging and rewarding.
