Kelly and I were able to pull off a surprise visit with our daughter (AKA my Gal Pal), Jessie and grandsons' Edison (my Pal) and Winston (my little Pal) in upstate New York. The drive through the Catskill Mountains to get to Wanaksink Lake was a continuous gorgeous green. Once I got there, we went out to see some local attractions like the resplendent green farm with camels, mini horses, long horn cattle and ostriches. And of course there was the Church of the Little Green Man. This pleasantly quirky place is an art display with just about everything you can imagine and a few things you can't. My Pal was enamored the "the Attack Chickens", his term for Roosters. I was entertained by the car filled with cement with the licence plate "MO", because the photo was a picture of me and the vehicle with concrete plans...wait for it...Mo or Les. :-) Okay, so that's not my best pun, but hey, it ain't easy being green. :-) Cover Contents Books Home Hire Stories Comments are closed.
