One of my favorite things about road tripping is discovering small to medium size towns with lots of unique culture, art, eateries, architecture and whimsy. So when I pulled into Orangeville, Ontario I knew right away that it was going to check off all of those boxes. The streets are lined with large sculptures carved by local artists from old dead maple trees (which probably explains the hernia I got from trying to move them to a better spot for photos. Just kidding. No sculptures or bodyparts were harmed in the taking of these photos). The town hosts the Orangeville Blues and Jazz Festival and many concerts and plays throughout the year. And among the may choices for food, there is Wicked Shortbread, which as the name indicates is wicked good. For more about this great little town, check out 365 Things To Do In Orangeville.
