 Some friends told me that if I went to Saguache, Colorado I needed to do two things. 1. Have breakfast at the 4th Street Diner & Bakery. 2. Meet it's legendary proprietor, Esther.
Well, I am glad to say I did both of those things and the result was a very tasteful experience. So if you ever get out that way, be sure to tell Esther I said it was well worth the drive - because you can get your eggs to match her cheery disposition - sunny side up.
